How To Play?
Game Rules:
- Beat the Clock: You have a strict 10-second limit to navigate through each room before the ruins collapse on top of you. Always keep an eye on that timer!
- Strategic Dashing: Duke Dashington moves exclusively by dashing in straight lines until he hits a wall or obstacle. You must carefully calculate your trajectory before initiating a dash to avoid traps or getting stuck.
- Assess the Situation: Before rushing into action, take a fraction of a second to observe the layout, spot the traps, and plan your optimal path to the exit. Rushing blindly often leads to a quick demise.
- Treasure Hunting: While escaping is the primary goal, true adventurers will attempt to collect the treasures scattered throughout the levels to maximize their score, adding a layer of challenge for those seeking perfection.
- Precision is Key: Success relies heavily on precise timing and quick inputs. Practice the controls until they become second nature to master the fast-paced challenges.
Controls:
- Dash Upwards: Press the Up Arrow key or 'W'.
- Dash Downwards: Press the Down Arrow key or 'S'.
- Dash Leftwards: Press the Left Arrow key or 'A'.
- Dash Rightwards: Press the Right Arrow key or 'D'.

Duke only moves by dashing. Press the directional keys (Arrow keys or WASD) to send him flying in that direction until he hits a solid object.
If you fail to reach the exit before the timer expires, the ceiling will crash down, resulting in a game over for that level, forcing you to restart the room.
While the focus is on fast-paced puzzle platforming, astute players might notice clever shortcuts or hidden paths that require precise execution to access. Always be observant!
